We are pleased to offer free national shipping for orders over $100 (including GST). Orders less than $100 are charged at $9 within South-East Queensland or $10 elsewhere in Australia.

Returns:
If you experience any issues with the goods you have purchased, please contact me via email on kerry@woolnyarn.com.au.
If any of the items you receive prove to be faulty, please contact me via email and I will arrange an exchange or refund. Should you wish to return the faulty items, I will arrange for the return of the goods at Wool n Yarn’s expense. Please note that you will need a copy of your receipt in this instance.
If you wish to return goods because you have changed your mind about the purchase, the goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and you must contact me via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, Wool n Yarn will not be able to cover the cost of the shipping for the return of the goods.
Please note that patterns and books are non-refundable, even if you change your mind about the purchase.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a refund. If it has been dispatched, the goods will need to be returned at your cost. Our returns policy (above) applies.
