We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Do you charge for shipping?
We do not charge for shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9 within South-East Queensland and $10 elsewhere in Australia.
Can I add items to my order once it has been sent to you?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will do our best to adjust your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a refund. If it has been dispatched, the goods will need to be returned. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy for details.
